It's unfortunate we have some men in adult body who think like boys.

2. CHANGE THE LABEL YOU GIVE LADIES

women are viewed, presented, talked about and sung about like a commodity.
Brothers if you have any songs on your playlist that contains vulgar words like b**ch, wh**e. GET RID OF IT.

If you continue to entertain yourself with such terms used to label women, guess what you subconsciously give yourself permission to treat women
Obviously like the label you call Women.

3. STOP VIEWING ERROTIC IMAGERY

When you entertain yourself (guys we all guilty of these, some ladies too ) with pishaw of Unclad women, you are at school.

In this school you are learning three things.

a. A real body isn't good enough

b. One body isn't good enough

c. Your (future) Wife's body isn't good enough

you might argue I don't hurt anybody watching porn, yea you dont...but it's bad for your mind, future marriage and its even a sin (for Christians).

Scientifically too much porn weakens your desire for real women. 

Fellas if you look forward to a great romantic relationship with a woman you need to drop out of that School.

4. RENEW YOUR MIND
