British Olympic bronze medallist Nile Wilson has had "successful" surgery on his ankle after snapping ligaments in a "freak" training accident.
The 20-year-old, who won bronze on the high bar at Rio 2016, was injured during what he called a "basic" parallel bars routine last week.
He has tweeted today from his hospital bed:
