As we all know it’s Ramadan, the Holy month for the Muslim. Ramadan is a very spiritual event for the Muslims that make one to truly evaluate and purify all aspects of their life, it is a time to practice self-control, self-discipline, sacrifice and empathy for those less fortunate.
So apart from the fact that fruits and vegetables which are advised to be taken as breakfast before the eating , medical experts also talk about the importance of making water as the first thing that goes into one’s digestive system. The time of Iftaar (time after sunset when Muslims break their fast) is one of the periods fasting Muslims look forward to while they fast.
